Notre mission OUR MISSION

" Enabling everyone to reconnect with homemade cooking has been my ambition since the launch of my company in 2004. At Chefsquare, we believe in the necessity of sharing culinary know-how more widely, for individuals and businesses alike, through our in-person and virtual cooking classes, restaurant immersions, and professional training programs. In our workshops in Paris and Lyon, no fewer than 60 chefs, experts from all backgrounds, share with you an accessible, joyful, and committed cuisine. To go even further, we have formalized our commitments by acquiring the status of a Mission-Driven Company in 2022."

Ecotable label rewards all the daily actions implemented in our workshops, such as :

In the era of fast food and dark kitchens, cooking has also become a driving force for commitment. By supporting future food entrepreneurs through our professional training programs, we contribute to shaping the culinary landscape of tomorrow. We have already trained more than 50 project leaders, and we look forward to meeting the next ones in the Chefsquare incubator.


In Paris and Lyon, our chefs share with you an accessible, joyful, and committed cuisine in culinary spaces dedicated to every need, in a cozy atmosphere, to learn in the best conditions.
