That's what we propose in this workshop, where everything starts with a coffee at 9.15am in our kitchens, then accompanied by our Chef, you'll wander the stalls of the Richard Lenoir market in Bastille or the Batignolles covered market to unearth the finest fruits, vegetables, fish, cheeses, poultry and other seasonal, low-carbon treasures that will make up your cooking class.
Join our Chef in the kitchen and prepare a menu with starter, main course and dessert under his guidance.
You’ll taste the dishes you've made, accompanied by a glass of wine, and share a moment with the Chef and the other participants.
