During this 3-hour workshop, join our Chef-fe in the kitchen to learn how to make three great French pastry classics:
- Vanilla millefeuille
- Chocolate Eclair
- Paris-Brest Allergens: wheat (gluten), milk, egg, nuts (hazelnuts, almonds).
Learn how to make puff pastry and pastry cream for a vanilla mille-feuille. You'll also learn how to make and poach choux pastry for éclairs and Paris-Brest.
You'll become the pastry chef of your friends and family!
You’ll taste the desserts you've made, accompanied by a glass of fresh fruit juice, and share a moment with the Chef-fe and other participants. Some of the pastries will also be taken away.
